The Subtle Stan Shipping Policy

Processing Time

• All orders are handmade and carefully packaged. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships.

• Made-to-order items will take a little longer.

Shipping Times

• Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days once shipped.

• International: 2–6 weeks depending on location and customs.

• Please note: These are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

• Tracking updates are provided by USPS (or your local postal carrier for international orders).

Address Accuracy

• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

• Once your order is in the hands of USPS, we cannot control delivery speed, delays, or lost items.

• We recommend contacting USPS directly with tracking information if your package appears delayed or lost.

• The Subtle Stan cannot refund or replace items lost or delayed by the postal service, but feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to guide you through next steps.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

• Buyers are responsible for any customs, import taxes, or fees that may apply. The Subtle Stan is not responsible for delays due to customs.
